iPhone App Development Course – Free on iTunes from a Stanford Professor

November 30, 2011|Posted in: Technology

For those who are just beginner developers in this fast-evolving world of apps creation, this following post might be quite handy.  As per Jordan Golson at www.macrummors.com, Stanford University is offering the iOS 5 edition of its well-regarded iPhone and iPad application development course for free.  This course is offered at Stanford, but without the Stanford credits (sorry, can’t get everything – at least, no need to pay for a hefty Stanford tuition)!  The course is found here: http://bit.ly/rGfnQl.

There are two pre-requisites:

  • Programming Methodology – also free, found at http://bit.ly/saCStg, and
  • Programming Abstractions  – free, found at http://bit.ly/ti0B5e.

We look forward to seeing more great apps!
